great product that was an upgrade to my old Dymo LetraTag 100T Plus. It's easy to use on their App and you can save labels that you use often. It uses the same labels as my old label maker so that's an added plus.Glad that I purchased this item rather than simply repurchasing the one that I had been using.

This is a great small printer! I use it to label quilting projects. It is easier to create a label on the app than to sit and punch raised keys like other labeler products have.

One of the nice things about this label maker is that you don’t have to pair it with your phone. The label making app handles locating and printing to the label maker, so anyone running the app can use the printer. We’ve found it to be more convenient than previous label makers we’ve had that had their own keyboard.

I love this thing! Super easy to use the app—can change the font style and size. I put labels on everything now! The rolls of tape are inexpensive and batteries last a long time. Highly recommend!

A printer company that has yet to fully embrace modern ways of doing things. The poor review is most due to the app, the good things are a short list: 1) Size of device is good 2) Label print quality is also good enough (not great) Sit back the complaints are numerous1) Bluetooth does not permanently pair. I believe this is because on Android you need full location permissions to pair. So a clever design choice to ensure they get your data is to require you to pair every time you print.2) Because you have to pair every time you print, printing is slow3) the app design looks like a website from the 90's. Low effort and poor design4) 7 Fonts, SEVEN that's all. Border designs are either lame or plain5) Speculation here but If everything else is this bad, I'm concerned security considerations for the app were worse. This code probably has more holes in it than the app has features.6) No external power source using USB C and Requires 4 AA batteries... another nod to the 90's
