It did take almost a month to arrive, but so worth the wait. Came wrapped tight in a foam lined box. Took less than 3 minutes to set up. First day it ran from 10 am and was still running at 10pm. It's been running every day since. I do wish the pump box was a little smaller. The box part is larger than some, but it sends the water up 10 inches above my two tier fountain.
