Product works as expected. Energy for workout is comparable to past versions of this product. Flavor is fine.

No making me shaky. I use an eighth of a scoop when I start to drag during the work afternoon. It wears off in just a few hours. Works better than coffee. Does not keep me awake at night.

I’ve tried many pre workouts including C4, Gorilla Mode, Alani, and Beyond Raw. I immediately felt the difference in the BSN pre and it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for. I had increased focus and felt as though I had more strength during my exercise. Additionally the taste is good and dissolves well in water.

Definitely see an increase in preformance after taking it. Taste is a bit dull but got more reps in felt less fatigue after each set. Normally would do 7x4s was able to do 8x4s had enough in me to go back and do 5x5s without fatigue. I had to do cardio just to get the energy levels down a bit after my weight training. Def worth a shot if you're looking for a preworkout

I've been taking NO XPLODE for almost 8 years now...yes the formula has changed once or twice over that time frame, but the results have not. The energy boost, combined with the creatine and other ingredients make this one of the most reliable supplements I have ever taken. BSN has always been high on my list of companies that are reputable: they don't over charge, over hype or over sell their products. Their products sell themselves through reliability and results and NO XPLODE always delivers as a preworkout drink. I prefer the taste of fruit punch the best - the other flavors are too much for me, but after eight years, all of them are tolerable. I like Blue Raz the least, but Ill buy it because sometimes it's $5-10 cheaper than other flavors. Make sure to use this stuff up or the moisture in the air will decay the effervescing ingredients. If you've been lifting long enough, you've seen many manufacturers come and go with products, but NO XPLODE has been around the longest because it really works. It jacks you up for your workouts, doesn't cause jitters (it will cause diarrhea though if you take too much, any excess caffeine dose will do that though), and the creatine helps fill your muscles so you can lift more.

I love the product. BUT!!! Don't buy the blue raspberry unless you LOVE cotton candy. The fruit punch is good. :) (Opinion only)

I have a high tolerance for caffeine etc but I was looking for a good pre-workout drink so I decided to go with this based on the review. It’s okay. The flavor tastes rubbery or something close to it. It tastes like chemicals. As far as the actual quality and its functions, I did not feel a pump or anything of that. I tried other pre workout drinks which definitely provided a good pump but this was okay. The strength is okay as well. Maybe it’s my high tolerance but I will be mixing this with a Carb drink and see if that changes the effects. Would I buy again? Hmmm, it’s hard to tell. I will take a break from caffeine and pre workout and come back to it to see if that makes a difference.

I've been using the fruit punch flavored No-Xplode 5 times a week for over a year. I decided to mix things up and go for the blue razz flavor, since so many people were raving about it. Overall, the flavor is ok. They all have a bit of a kick at first due to the fizz, but are tolerable enough to throw back quickly before a workout. I did find that this bottle marked as a new formula made me sweat a whole lot more than the store bought old formula. I also had some issues with cardio because of how hard my heart would be pounding. I kept the dose the same at a scoop per day, so I think that's mostly the new formula. Either way, my body has adjusted and it isn't an issue anymore. I have used this preworkout for a Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, and my daily at Crossfit classes. My lifts are heavier and my focus is unmatched. At the end of the workout, I'm not jittery or overly stimulated, either. In my opinion, it's the perfect amount of boost for an hour long class or the start of a lengthy event.

It’s not the original, melt your face and scratch the spiders off you like a meth addict, but it’s still a pretty good pre-workout supplement.

I prefer using this rather than coffee
