Commercial due diligence in private equity: a checklist for investors

This book is VERY thin, I therefore have returned the book.For the price paid, I would have expected more content, this clearly is a high level book. This is a bit of an oxymoron given the complexity and exhaustive nature of due diligence. I have read similar due diligence books that are also high level checklists and these are approx 3-4 times the size of this book.Returned the book before I read it.

Very good book - I bought it to prepare for interviews for PE roles. The checklist was very helpful for the case study I had to do. I got the job - therefore five stars for this book!

I used it to recap former CDD knowledge. Well written as it is precise and all info in it is relevant. Would definitely recommend.

This is a complete waste of money. The first result in google when searching for "Corporate Due Diligence" is more comprehensive than this book. Do not buy.
