The ASQ Certified Six Sigma Green Belt Handbook

I usually never write a review but from someone who tried to buy this hardcopy several times and ran to unreliable suppliers this book was delivered to me early and excellent product am grateful I wasn't scammed again. Highly recommend

Book is quiet thorough.

Quality Book that does not apply quality standards as simple as that. The format is not convient for easy reading, all the book is in bold font, a lot of missing spaces between words, annoying dictionary, issue with highlighting, kindle application is not synchronizing with kindle web browser, cannot resize the font. the book content is well organized and informative, but the issue is with the kindle format.

I have degrees in biochemistry and business management and have never seen such a poorly written book. One star because the ENTIRE subject is on quality, and they are FAR from Six Sigma themselves. Study Guide is an abomination too. You'll drive yourself crazy between the two of them. They are useful, but only if you have ChatGPT. Don't drive yourself crazy deciphering the inconsistencies between the Handbook and Study Guide. This isn't like a real textbook where when you get the problem wrong you immediately doubt your technique and methods. Just use ChatGPT for the real solution. For shame ASQ. Hundreds of dollars spent on your test prep materials to feel very unconfident in taking your $500 exam.

I am a believer in the organization ASQ, but it’s very ironic to me that there are some outstanding mistakes in the book. You think that they would be a little bit more dedicated to quality of the final product haha. That being said, the information in the book is fantastic for the most part and it will 100% help you pass the green belt exam if you have it as a resource.

The authors did not bother to obtain feedback or did not act on feedback from the 2nd edition before releasing this edition. Several errors and poorly or non-existent explaination of statistics are repeated in the 3rd edition. The authors made up definitions that exist no where else. References to examples that do not exist. And many more frustrating problems. This is a clear indication of poor quality and has cost me MANY hours trying to determine why I could not dupliate their answers . Or having to use other sources to learn statistics since the book was so poorly written. I purchased the handbook 3rd edition in hopes these issues were resolved, but none were corrected. I also purchased the study guide 2nd edition in hopes the many errors are corrected. I have yet to use the new study guide but have very low expectations that improvements were made. Very dissapointing to experience this from an organization that exists to promote quality.

Unreadable. This book could not be downloaded to my Kindle. I was able to download it to my PC, but it is unreadable because there are no spaces between words, and it looks like a bad Xerox copy. The best version was on my phone, but it still had instances of no spaces between words. And to make it worse, it cost $124.00. Yuck. I'm asking for a refund and buying the book.
