I have been using this backpack for about five weeks now. Mostly I wear it while running to work; my commute is an hour and 15 minutes each way so I've put some milage on it. I think this is a great product. It's clear that a lot of thought went into designing it. Backpacks generally fall into two categories: sack like with a drawstring at the top or with a zipper around the perimeter. Zipper backpacks are more convenient but as soon as a zipper breaks all your stuff falls out on the ground (this has happened to me). The MI6 backpack has a very convenient zipper but it's designed in such a way that if the zipper breaks your stuff will be held securely in place. So it's an ideal combination of security and convenience. The design also eases the pressure on the zippers compared to most other backpacks, so it's less likely that they would break in the first place. The MI6 backpack sits well on my back and is comfortable throughout my run. It doesn't bounce and the weight is spread out well; I'm surprised at how much I can carry while running. I like the roll-top feature: at full size this backpack can carry a lot of stuff; when I use it to get groceries I unroll it all the way, and then I can roll it down to the minimum size while running. Although I haven't been out in an absolute downpour with it yet, it has proved to be waterproof in a steady rain. I think that it would probably be also ideal for bicycle commuters: it sits close to your back and doesn't stick out enough to add much air resistance. So on the whole, this is a comfortable, secure, well designed and well made backpack and I would recommend it to anyone.

Great Backpack for daily travel and week trips. Light, compact yet full of storage space and pockets. I take the train a lot, so it's really good for tight spaces, definitely carry-on size, anti-theft main and back pockets are very safe. The main pocket has a zipper all the top and down half of one side, this was anti-theft because the zipper closes at the top corner which makes it fairly difficult to access when backpack is closed by the grey fabric and metal hook. The space between the hook and the look it hooks into are short an convenient, but you have to roll the top to close it like that, and if you are really filling the space it may be difficult to close with hook, just zipper. I thought maybe it would be fixable with an adjustable strap with the hook at the end, so you could adjust the length of the fabric to bring the hook to the loop. Or Moving the loop down on the back so one doesn't alway have to roll the top, but just fold it over. Lastly, the back portion is super cool, with the padded laptop sleeve and lots of pockets for your cords, study materials and even just enough space for a notebook or so. The whole compartment opening to a flat space, when main is mostly empty, is smart! The backpack straps are comfortable and move out of the way for access to the back compartment.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a fantastic bag. I love it. I'm so pleased with the amount of space on the inside as well as all the pockets around and inside the bag. It's extremely sturdy and I can carry my laptop,, sneakers and change of clothes in the bag. It's also great for travel because there are lots of safe places to store things like passports and credit cards. Another great aspect is that when there is nothing in it the bag rolls up very comfortably to a smaller size.It's rugged and I feel comfortable filling it up and carrying it around even if it's completely full.The other thing I noticed is that the bag is stylish and I don't really feel under-dressed when I am wearing it.Everything in the ad for the bag is true and the bag is even better than I expected. In fact it became a Christmas present for a few people in my family because I like it so much.I couldn't be happier.I liked this bag so much, I've added a video as well.

This is my number 3rd laptop backpack. My awesome Tumi backpack finally gave up last week after 5 years of use. It was a bit small size-wise but I loved the look and feel of that bag... hoped to find one has some style...saw the ads of this bag saying 'Minimalist & Maximalist' or something like that. So I clicked on this one and it checked all the boxes.The main part of the bag has A LOT of space. I can fit almost everything including my 17" laptop, 12x16" my painting materials and a bunch of design books that I couldn't fit it any bag before.Having separated laptop pocket that has lots of inner organizing pockets is awesome and the rear hidden pocket makes is a good place to hide stuff I want to hide (even though most of my stuff is not something anybody wants to steal).Inside of the bag has lots of pockets but the exterior of the bag has a real clean look.I wish I had more choices on color. Black is OK but red might be my first choice if I had that option.

I really like this backpack! The pockets are well thought of, and I especially like the side water bottle holder that can zip away when you don't need it. As others have stated, this bag is somewhat of a lint magnet. This is very much true right now in the cold weather. I find that giving it a good swipe with the lint roller helps prevent excessive lint build up, but that can be an inconvenience. If you commute by bike, this is perfect. I can fit all my school items, my lunch, my packable jacket, laptop, tablet, water bottle and other small items. If you're a petite person, this would look really large on you.Overall its a well-designed bag with lots of thoughtful touches. I docked a star for the lint, but I can live with using a lint roller every now and then.

This is a really, really well thought out bag with a few opportunities for improvement. Do keep in mind that I have fairly specific requirements of my backpacks, however, and you may not take issue with the things I saw as less than ideal.The Great:-This is one sexy bag, and has tons of storage space and a well considered design.-The straps and molded padding on the back are very comfortable and great for cycling, even with heavy loads.-I carry lots of fiddly and awkward art supplies with me every day, and there is a spot for everything! Additionally, the roll-top design means that I can have the potential for tons of carrying capacity, but don't have to have a giant bulky bag if I don't need it that day.-I live in Vancouver and I bike commute, so water repellency is essential and I've definitely found this bag to be up to the task.-Excellent quality and constructionThe Less-than-great:-The layout and design is incredibly user friendly, but I found the bag to be overly padded. Upon unboxing, I actually thought it was stuffed with packing materials. I'm a commuting cyclist, so I prefer to keep bulk to a minimum. I wound up undoing some of the seams (really well constructed seams, though!) and removing about 2" of padding, and now there's a lot more room for groceries while still providing protection for my laptop.-Though quite attractive, I found the buckle to be more difficult to use and less secure than a traditional, side-squeezing click type buckle. I wound up replacing this as well.-And yeah, like previous reviewers have mentioned, it is the magnet-iest lint magnet that ever magneted lint. I'm not sure what the deal is here, but everything from lint from your sweater to dog hair will find its way on to this bag and can be VERY hard to get off. I have two dogs and wear a mostly black wardrobe, so lint rollers are abundant in my house. For some reason their fur weaves itself into the fabric of this bag like nothing I've ever seen, and is super hard to get out again. I have an easier time getting their fur out of car upholstery. Even wool from my coat and sweaters gets stuck in there.Even with all the suggestions and alterations, this is still my very favorite backpack! I did a little personalized tailoring to suit my pickiness, and it's the bag I've always dreamed of...if maybe a little lintier than I'd imagined.

Been using this bag for 2 days and i love it.Most of the bags i have cant fit my lifting belt shoes and work items but this can and i have to say that i am very impressed.My only issue would be the unadjustable cinch which to me is a given in all such bags since u want the variability of the rolltop and that is impossible with an unadjustable cinch. I have found a work around using velcro straps and a carabiner but i wish the bag could do it.Also a potential bungee net on the back of the bag would be nice to hold extra gear that we want to dry or air. A dedicated shoe compartment would be nice as well.Lastly i think if additional organisation could be added that would be nice as well. Overall I still love the bag. Good job and i look forward to the next one. Would purchase it if u make improvements and maybe more coloursOnce again, great bag!

Best backpack I’ve ever had! I have back pain and usually can’t carry too much weight but this pack is so comfortable with my laptop and all supplies. It also fits all my weirdly shaped items, from large rolls of tracing paper to drafting rulers and even a large pad of drawing paper. I wish the bottle holder wasn’t a zipper closure because it doesn’t fit my stainless bottle but that’s my only complaint.

Great backpack! Enough room for all my stuff and the separate laptop pocket is awesome, it saves space in the main compartment. The zippered and folded top also makes me feel extra secure.
