I've purchased many birdfeeders, but this one seems the most solid, long lasting, and functional one I've encountered. It's got 6 ports, compared with the four that many have. The hard plastic does not dull easily at all. It's got a metal catcher on the bottom, not plastic, so will last much longer than the ones with plastic bases/catchers. It's not too tall where the bird food will become old and stagnant. The bottom two ports are close to the bottom of the feeder, so that the bottom feed will not become old and rotted. The feeder tube is a little more wider than the standard, to hold more feed to make up for it's shorter height.So far, it's been working great. Very well designed.

Great design but poorly made. I returned the first one as the trim was bent and lid wouldn’t securely close.Replacement also had bent trim and bubbled paint on the lid.For what I would say was an expensive feeder, not worth the money spent.

So far this feeder is holding up. I have this feeder along with three other's in my backyard. I really like that it doesn't have a metal bottom that will rust out or collect a soggy mess of seed after it rains.

Perfect for our needs. Aggressive starlings and blur jays were keeping the smaller songbirds away when they started dominated the "regular" style feeders.After putting this, and a similar style suet feeder out, the songbirds could eat in peace without the aggressive birds keeping them away.

The media could not be loaded.  This was to be our 2nd caged bird feeder, the first (another brand) works great. This looks great, but it does not keep out the larger birds including starlings and redwing blackbirds. (We have scores at a time descend on the yard.) I'm returning it to replace with a competitor. Photos show female & male redwing blackbird and video is fairly clear the blackbird is easily eating.

I replaced my tube feeder with this beautiful feeder to discourage doves from feeding. It definitely worked and look very pretty hanging on my apartment balcony.

I thought I was purchasing a duplicate of the one I already own. The quality, and most of the changes are downgraded. I bought two and both had minor paint issues. The biggest change is the bottom, which is now a tray with a few tiny holes. That’s going to become filled with seed, get wet and mold. I may remove it or it will need added holes to drain. The picture of the ports is different than reality and the change in quality of material is laughable.

This is a beautiful bird feeder. I love that the tray keeps the seed the bird throw out contained. My only real complaint is that it is extremely difficult to keep clean and the plastic tube for seed seeds gets moldy on the bottom where the seed stacks up. You have to unscrew and disassemble the entire bird feeder in order to clean it. I’ve own four but have found another similar feeder with what looks like an easier less messy way to keep it hygienic.
