Just bought a second pack as they do seem to help getting off to sleep - didn't really expect them to! Combined with pillow spray, a podcast/ radio ,I can be asleep within 15/20 minutes- absolutely unbelievable. Admiitedly, I'm wide awake 3 hours later but then take another gummie and , with luck, get a few more hours kip. Can definitely recommend a try to other bad sleepers.

I tried these and can say they do make me fall asleep once I've gone into bed and my waking up during the nights have cut down , they aren't so strong as to knock u out cold which I cant be anyways I have a 21mth year old to look out for but they do calm u before bed ao u can switch off better. Ive ordered another one as they r herbal from 5 different flowers not chemicals

These don’t put you to sleep but it has helped 3 in our family who have problems getting to sleep. They are small chewable gummies that we take before going to bed and whether it’s the new routine or the gummies we have found it easier to sleep on most nights. The day time gummies are good to as have helped deal with A level exam stress. Again not a full cure but helps have a calmer frame of mind

Didn't work for me but tastes nice

Really good. Seems to work. I sleep well after it and they taste nice.

These gummies did not work for me. Found myself awake all night long after taking these. Felt like I had a very strong coffee just before going to bed, rather than a sleeping gummie. Wide awake staring at the ceiling all night. Just did not suit me at all. Amazon helpful as usual and issued a full refund.

Great product. Helps to wind down naturally.
