Without a doubt one of the best purchase I’ve made off Amazon this year. I have purchased 5 of these containers to day in all the variety of flavors and they all have been great tasting. I preferred the Zero version by choice but have faithfully substituted 2 meals a day with this amazing tasting protein powder and a sensible diet and rigorous exercise routine of 5 miles on an elliptical machine and have to date lost 43lbs. Yes the first time in 10 years in 10 years I’ve been below 300lbs. I discovered this by accident and haven’t looked back or consider3d another product since. I even had a physician I work with review the contents and was surprise at the quality it contains. Yes it’s not a known brand or nationally advertised and doesn’t cost as much but that it the best part. Your bigge competitors are counting on their their adds and extra fit women and men who promote them to trick you into thinking if you buy their product that’s what you can look like. Well I’m an everyday joe with weight issues etc that this product has helped tremendously, I feel great, this product has helped me lose 43lbs and looking at trimming off another 50.Yes this just does work and a great addition to the ones serious about losing weight but don’t think the answer to weight loss is in this container some magic Potion or a couple of magic pills. Your gonna have to put some effort into it. Set goals, change eating habits, reduce calories and carbohydrate intake get out and exercise supplement a meal or two with this great tasting protein shake and you will see results. However if your not going to try take ownership for your overall health and weight reduction don’t expect this is going to change your world either, you’d be better of having a yahoo instead. But if weight loss is your goal and your committed to change thus is what your looking for.

I gave this 4 stars because I wasn’t expecting it to be as runny as it was. I’m a huge fan of Lean One and their thick shacks. I make mine before I go to sleep at night and it’s ready for me in the am after my exercise. The taste of the banana was much better than in the original I’ll give you that. I use Silk milk in mixing my smoothies,I’m thing of using a thicker milk like oatmeal milk I’ve seen in stores. Maybe that will thicken this up. The strawberry I got was runny as well. Instead of wasting I’m going to try the oatmeal milk.I love shopping at Amazon and I try to keep positive.

I've bought the Cookies & Cream flavored Lean 1 Original protein powder several times, and thought I'd try something different. I'm not sure if this one is Lean 1 "ZERO" or if there is a new ingredient, but it did NOT blend well. There were clumps of powder that did not want to breakdown. I tried it a few times hoping it was just a fluke, but each time got harder and harder to swallow, literally. I'm going back to the Cookies & Cream.

I have been using the Lean 1 for several months and had enjoyed the flavor of it. I decided to try the Lean 1 Zero, to reduce the amount of calories in the shake. However, the Lean 1 Zero does not have the same taste and texture as the Lean 1. I mixed a shake for breakfast this morning using only ice cubes and water, and it was very thin and had very little chocolate flavor. I noted a definitely strange aftertaste, which is still present even after adding 1/2 a banana. I don't think that I will be trying to finish this container. It's back to the regular Lean 1 for me.

I'll never buy this one, again. It's so thin. It's nothing like the original Lean 1 Vanilla. If you like a thick shake, don't buy this one. Tastes like a banana, but I can only attest to that by the tiniest bit that touched my lip. I couldn't bring myself to drink such a thin "shake". It might be better in a smoothie. I'll try that one time, if I still can't bring myself to drink it, I'll throw it away.

I have been buying this brand of shakes for over a year they have always been nutritious and tasty. Banana is my absolute favorite. Having said that I don't know what happened when I purchased the last canister of banana flavor that I got but it is not even edible.It is soapy.. As in when you mix it with water it foams up there is literally no flavor except for chemical. This has always been my favorite shake mix and I am deeply disappointed.This was a sealed canister :(

I was a little skeptical of meal replacements in the beginning, so I only bought one 15 Serving container. It has been 3 days and I have already lost 3.4 lbs! I mix the powder with ice and water for breakfast and dinner and I am always full after drinking the mix! I will say, I go to the gym 5 days a week burning a lot of calories on the elliptical. So it definitley depends on how much you are working out and what else you are eating. But for me it has been great! I just purchased 3 more containers! My wedding is coming up in 6 months so this is definitley something to invest in if you have a goal in mind. Just be healthy!

Don't be fooled, the reviews here are for LEAN 1 NOT Lean 1 Zero. Lean 1 is a great product which we have sued for several years, now the ZERO is terrible. Chemical awful taste, ordered the Vanilla Zero to try it and about spit it out it was SO BAD... Can't imagine ANYONE liking this awful taste. Stick to the REGULAR Lean 1 and you will have a quality product... If I could give ZERO a Zero, I would!
