Really nice quality looks great. Only error was on the back of the clock it says Mon-Fir rather than Mon-Fri but you'd see it once and only whenever your changing batteries so I'm sure it would be fine!

But hey, I’m an adventurer, so I soldiered on.Let's start with the good: The screen. It's bright and clear, and the information is easy to read and understand. It's like finding a gourmet chocolate in a box of generic sweets.Now, brace yourself for the not-so-good bits:The "wood" on the exterior is about as premium as a flat-pack bookshelf. It took me back to the days of my childhood when I'd play with my Toys R Us woodwork set. It's painted to resemble “Walnut,” but it ended up looking more like it was given a sloppy coat of Ronseal fence paint.The buttons on the back? Made of the cheapest plastic imaginable, requiring a firm press each time – almost like the clock is challenging your finger strength.When I bought this clock, I thought it had a built-in battery that was USB rechargeable. Imagine my surprise when I discovered it only works if the USB cable is perpetually plugged into a power source. I initially thought it just needed a good charge. I set it up on my work desk, plugged it into my keyboard’s USB port, and assumed it would charge during the day and hold power overnight. Spoiler alert: it didn’t.Also, fair warning, the product doesn't come with a plug. You can use your own, but make sure it supplies 5V and 2A – otherwise, who knows what might happen.Another charming detail: no markings, paperwork, or stickers anywhere to indicate it has passed any electrical testing. It’s like a mystery box but with fewer clues and more risk of electrical shock.In the end, after setting up the clock, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I’d just paid £40 for something worth about £8. I decided to sleep on it.The next morning, the clock had made the decision for me. It was dead. No signs of life. No matter what I did, I couldn’t get it to turn on. I’ve since opened a return request because, surprise surprise, the product is faulty.My final verdict? Avoid this product like the plague.

This has a slight retro look which I rather like. It has a big display but can be difficult to read at times. Tap the top of the clock though and it illuminates the screen. Temperature and humidity sensors seem to be pretty accurate as well.

Loud volume alarm and well illuminated screen. Easy to turn off or just leave it beeping at 5 minute intervals. Changing the alarm time is noisy and a bit laborious, especially when changing the minutes. Nice to have the additional information of room temperature and humidity especially in these days of energy conservation.

I don't actually use this as an alarm clock, but just as a clock on the side in my kitchen. It's a really lovely design and I like the wooden effect around the edge. It obviously works absolutely fine and had no issues.
