Can't go wrong for RLS.
For years I bought relaxing leg cream for my RLS. Sometimes my wiggling would wake me up. Not so with this. This cream is absolutely amazing. It doesn't leave a cream that needs to dry, my hands are dry after applying it and a light fragrance.

This work great! Within 15 minutes of applying this lotion, I’m able to sleep. Stops kicking and leg cramps! Added bonus of moisturizing while you sleep. No greasy mess and no over powering smell. Light lovely fragrance for male or female.

Wokrs well but Lavendar scent is strong
4 stars because I would prefer unscented for the sake of my dog's nose. Being a former Af vet, with GWS since 1990, suffer with crazy muscle cramps and nerve flareups. I've tried various products over the years. Recently had a really bad nerve flareup in my leg and I used this on my upper back thigh and it helped so much to calm it down. first time to use it for that. I use it nightly on my calves to keep them quiet. The Lavendar scent tho, is overpowering even for me. My dog sleeps with me and I can only imagine how it bothers her. Unscented would be better for us.

I am T10 SCI and I have intense tone kicking and kicking all night so I have to strap my legs to prevent them from going into a frog position. 1 week after using this and no more straps !!! I’m so amazed ?!?!

This product works well. I have restless leg syndrome. Use this at nite, settle down the movement. To get some sleep!

Incredible restless leg syndrome relief
Finally, something that works fast, smells nice and isn't greasy. It's been a life saver. To get the most out of it, I take a top quality brand of magnesium that contains several types of magnesium.
