I suffer from daily anxiety and repeated panic attacks at night. Getting thru the day is hard enough, but the nights are what I can only imagine what hell to be like. Seriously. Sleeping pills have met their match. This affliction came on suddenly due to an unfortunate circumstance and I needed relief NOW, not in a few weeks waiting for medication to take effect. Already you can see my desperation. I stumbled upon this device and after using it just once, I would’ve paid twice the amount. After a few minutes of the deep breathing with the scent, the much needed calm sets in. Now, I have tried deep breathing before on my own but when you’re panicky, you’re not really “deep breathing”. The feedback you receive from the three little lights help to ensure you actually slow your breathing, and the scent settles your mind, bringing you to a relaxing state. I can’t count how often I have used this at night. It sits at my bedside, and it is SO comforting to know I have something to grab that I know will quickly calm down my nerves. Knowing I no longer have to be a sitting duck to those panic attacks is starting to make me feel myself again and to say I’m SO thankful to be climbing out of this hell is an understatement.

This product did not help at all. You can do the same thing and it works better using the Calm app for anxiety. The scent fades quickly. So what good does it do. You’re better off wearing a necklace you can put Essential oil in and do the breathing on your own. I was under the impression that you had a 30 days to try it out. But I guess that doesn’t apply to Amazon.

Good quality. Helps you concentrate on your breathing . It is made to keep your senses busy to get your mind off the panic. The price is steep but if you work with it and set your mind to the device it will help take your mind off whatever is causing the anxiety.

Too expensive

Bought the device for my widowed father in law after trying several alternative remedies.Not sure how this works but he seems to be more relaxed and the amount of panic attacks dropped!Would recommend this product.p.s they have great tutorials on YouTube (including in Hebrew!) that helped figure out how this should work

I love this, a great biofeedback device, I would give it 4.5 stars. I’ve wanted a biofeedback device for years and this one works well. Only downsize is the size(a bit bulky) and also I feel like I should be sanitizing the mouthpiece constantly. Otherwise great and I’ve been telling everyone about it!

Received Item 6 days ago and not working properly despite reading fully the instructions and adhering to them. Quite unhappy as when I tried to ask question or replace was found to say No Return on this item and no one to help.

I purchased this item for anxiety relief. You blow into it - you smell a fragrance - for $179 you can do the same thing with a paper bag with a drop of essential oil. Did not see any significant difference when using. Disappointed!
