Arrived quickly. Was very straightforward to use. Performed well and was very reliable over a week for an exhibition I had a moving image piece in and short doc. Great value.

Effective, simplicity of design means this works easily straight out of the box. Used to play looped video off a USB drive.

Plays the mp4s with standard codecs, doesn't seem to work for non-standard codecs. All round simple and compact design 4/5

Works fine. Only just got it but first tests look great. Device is quick to respond. Remote a bit flimsy but does the job. I needed this because my "smart" Samsung TV is about seven years old so not smart enough for a lot of basic video files, which stutter. This device reads them fine. Also reads subtitles, whether embeddded or .srt files. The GUI is clear.

Wow! For the money it’s a great media player. Full of functionality and bits you never knew you needed. Absolute bargain in a compact unit. Definitely recommend.

This has only one use to me - play videos out of HDMI. It does that with 80% of the clips/files I have tried. So the 'play everything' is not quite correct. The good point is the pause/play button does not flash and On -screen icon on the output so you can safely cue up a clip, leave it in pause and play on request using the remote and it won't clutter the display with OSD.
