I cannot see a list of ingredients either on the box or the instructions inside. Yes, people have allergies; however, it does state clearly that before colouring hair, you should mix up a small amount of the powder and test on a small bit of hair which you should cut off. I have used this product a lot of times to enhance my already auburn hair, because I'm not quite ready to go white yet. I have never had a problem with it.
