Arrived on time and double boxed.Unfortunately the cap couldn’t have been tight enough as product had leaked during transit.Approximately 20ml wasted, packaging and inner box stained brown, bottle sticky and label also stained. Safety seal still intact, cap could not have been tightened enough when bottle was filled.Reported to Amazon via live text as no chat function available. Got the usual “oh we’re sorry to hear of your problem” but feel returning the product does not constitute as an essential journey during the current lockdown period.I have now opened the bottle and the contents taste much more alcoholic than all other Dandelion Root tinctures I have used. For the same price I could have bought myself a litre bottle of something proper!I do not trust this product.
