Fresh blueberries go bad if you don't use them fast enough, and frozen ones can be messy. Decided to give freeze dried a try. These are perfect to add to my daily protein shake and add a great blueberry flavor to my shake without the mess!! I only add about 1 tbsp so this should last me for weeks!

As I endeavor to eat a nutritious food for my overall health I have been pleased with these organic freeze dried blueberries. I mix them with my probiotic cottage cheese as a nutritious start to my mornings. They mix well with yogurt as well.

This kind of Dried Blue Berries are good for health especially our eyes.

Bought these to feed to our dogs, they were less than interested. I used it to top my yogurt, they rehydrated and were very sweet!

I am a big fan of blueberries and these are great substitute when you don’t have fresh ones at hand. Muffins turned out so flavourful. I also like mixing them in yogurt and cottage cheese, so delicious.

What I do know is the smell of fresh blueberries greeted me on opening the bag. The berries themselves were clean and whole and in good shape. I used a few in a tea recipe. They had good flavor.
