A refund was promptly issued to my surprise plus replacements were sent. That's the good news. The bad news is one of the fans did not work and the plugs were too big. They did not match the Ender 3 Max Neo.

the connector is not in the correct position
the connector is not in the correct position, i need the positive and negative to be swapped to fit into the plug. Dont know how to find that or see on any product. So idk about this product..

Einer von Zwei Lüftern geht nicht, ich vermute, das in meinem Fall irgendwas mit der Lötung nicht stimmt.da ich nur einen Lüfter benötige behalte ich meine Bestellung, doch es ist echt Ärgerlich. der Funktionierende Lüfter ist bei weitem nicht so Leistungsstark wie erhofft, jedoch hat er im vergleich zu den Original Creality Lüftern einen Deutlich leiseren Geräuschpegel.

Quieter than stock 3D printer fans
These are a bit quieter than the stock fans that came on my Creality Ender 3 Max Neo. I really wanted to cut down on the whine while it's printing and this did help some. They're not silent, but it seems that fans need to make some noise to push the air around. I'm happy they don't make any noise from the bearings, it all seems to come from the fan blades.

Good fan
Great fans but they are not plug and play is you are installing them on a ender 3v3 KE 3D printer. The stock connectors the fans come with do not fit the board and therefore separate connectors have to be installed on the fan wires.
