I have never had any leakage . ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5* *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 24 September 2026* Tena Pants are 5* plusThey are of good quality. Hold in all leaks.I would recommend to anyone. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Lady-Nappy's around! *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 11 September 2026* I use these for my periods... I find that they last all day ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome!! *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 15 August 2025* I've used incontinence pants daily, for a number of years. Having just had knee surgery, I wanted something super absorbant.I can hand on heart say, these are the best I've ever used! They hold a massive amount, and there's not been a single leak so far.Having tried most brands, the cheaper ones tend to just pool liquid inside, rather than absorbing it. For a very small price increase from the ones I've been using, the difference is outstanding. I've now set up subscribe & save, to get these delivered monthly, as I'm switching to these full time now. I really can't recommend this product highly enough.Plus, they actually tear easily for removal, but are super sturdy during use. ## Frequently Bought Together - Tena Pants Super Med 12'S - Pack of 4 - Vivactive Extra Large Incontinence Nappy Disposal Bags - 100 Pack, green - Comfy Life Premium Full Body Cleansing Wet Wipes For Adults - Large Luxury Fresh-feel Rinse-free Fragrance-free Bed Bath Intimate-care Soft Sheets (1 Pack (80 Wipes) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sk/products/49952314-proskin-pants-super-incontinence-underwear-medium-48-count](https://www.desertcart.sk/products/49952314-proskin-pants-super-incontinence-underwear-medium-48-count) --- *Product available on Desertcart Slovakia* *Store origin: SK* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
