Lansky Sharpeners Eraser Block Ceramic Rod Cleaner

I use a ceramic sharpening rod for my kitchen knives and over time it had gotten clogged with the steel dust and seemed less effective. This cleaner is simple to use, just wet it and rub along the ceramic rod and it scours out the dust, leaving the rod looking much cleaner and it is now back to bringing the sharpest edge back to knives with just a few passes along the rod. The cleaner is basically a covered sponge so it takes a little wear and tear with each use but it's not excessive and I can see I am going to be able to use it many times over before needed to replace it. Very satisfied.

The product is as described and the seller delivered earlier than the expected delivery date. The company Tamarak Outdoors are a great company and have purchased equipment direct from them. The Lansky eraser block has brought my Opinel 9 knife back to life removing rust spots and stains.

I picked these up to clean my ceramic stones of my lanksy sharpeners. I have the deluxe 5 stone kit and i needed to clean my finest stone in that set but unfortunately it doesn't like that kind. I also have the lansky sapphire stone which cleaned up really well and also the ceramic rods on my work sharp cleaned up nice too. So these work great for certain stuff not so much for other stuff. These won't last long either they fall apart real bad and leave bits everywhere. I'd imagine if this was something you used alot you would be buying them every other day. Also I'm not sure why I had to buy 2 to be able to order them. Maybe they know they have structural integrity of a triple dunked rich tea biscuit. I'm not gonna bash the rating too bad as I kinda knew what they were like.

Use Lansky 4 rod sharpeners. After trying everything else, for years, this is the first time I've managed to restore them to the original colour. The fine grit rods are now white again!

Good little specialist eraser for removing the black marks from the ceramic rods on my Lansky Blade Medic, which by the way is the best sharpener I've ever owned.

Gets the steel marks off my ceramic rods and whetstone - cant ask for much more, does what it should and does it well.

I ve used this for pretty much everything from clearing scratches on many metal surfaces to cleaning my lansky sharpening stones.

These little eraser blocks remove all traces of metal residue from my Spyderco ceramic rods. No more running to the sink for cleaning. These blocks make cleaning much faster and less messy. While it's true a regular eraser can do roughly the same thing, they don't have the mild abrasive infused in these Lansky eraser blocks, which makes the job faster and more efficient. Plus, these blocks last a long, long time. A unique product, well worth the money

Ik weet niet wat voor materiaal het is. Het lijkt alsof het een kruising is tussen een gum en een slijpsteen. Het is rubber achtig, maar toch weer niet. Het maakt metaal goed schoon.
