WMFProfi Oven Pan, 18/10 Stainless Steel, 28 cm

My son is switching over from coated frying pans to stainless steel uncoated ones. You cannot go wrong with WMF, a company known for quality kitchen/tableware, mainly in steel.He is very pleased with it. Don't know about cleaning it, much depends whether you let the contents cook dry.

Do remember to season it before use.Very nice quality.Not cheap, but I love it.

Excellent quality pan, great for prepping lunch for one person. A little ghee or coconut oil goes a long way and no non-stick coating is required.

Very pleased with cooking experience as well as maintenance. Quality is really exceptional and no need of non-stick coating that damages health and the environment.

We have this 20 cm pan and its 24 cm companion and are delighted with them. Both are well designed and finished, and come up to expectations as long as one follows the maker's instructions for use and cleaning. If you ignore these, you have only yourself to blame. These pans are significantly heavier than their cheaper equivalents, and someone with below-average strength might find them difficult to manipulate.

Comfortable handle, stays cool. Well balanced small frying pan. Solid base. Seems well made.No negatives.
