Just buy it!
First off I don’t know how many golfers I talked too about their electric carts. Every person that had an MGI loved it and the other brands didn’t get rave reviews at our course. I bit the bullet and bought. I wish I had purchased this 3 years ago during Covid! It’s easy to use, the cart barn loves that it folds up for storage, and the battery is super easy to disconnect to bring home to charge. I did order the sand bottle but you do need the bar extender from the seat to attach it so I’ll just order a clip bottle for the cart. It is worth every penny! I can’t say enough good things! I’ve done 4 rounds of 18 and the battery was still fully charged.

Love it
Have used it 6 or 7 times now and love it. Battery lasts a long time, played 4 rounds before having to recharge. Folds and unfolds very easy. One thing I wish they had done was add some netting or compartment for storage to put balls, wallet, cell phone, etc. My manual push cart has it and is nice. Maybe they were trying to keep the weight down in back not sure. The cell phone holder that came with it is pretty useless, I used it to hold my Garmin but it would fall out quite often so quit using it. Also the one thing that bothers me about the remote is the Stop button isn't in the middle of the directional arrows. Every remote I have ever seen has the "action" button in the middle like that, but on this remote Stop is at the bottom so it takes some getting used to and sometimes I fumble around trying to find it. But those are the only complaints so far, other than that it is pretty awesome!

It's a great cart, but.......
I have owned my Zip Navigator for a year now. I use it at least 4 days a week, and according to the odometer, I've got nearly 400 miles on it. It has performed well and I've only tipped it over twice. Both times were on me. I tried to climb a steep hill and didn't keep a hand on it. My bad.BUT, (you knew there would be a but) about a month ago, the pushbutton that locks the wheel onto the axle on one of the wheels, broke. OK, no big deal. I ordered a new wheel. $77, a little steep, but whatever. Today, the other one broke. So I got out my Owners manual and lo and behold, I'm still under warranty. So I called MGI in Cali and explained my issue to the nice young lady in Customer Service. She was very sympathetic, but informed me that since it wasn't a manufacturing defect, no warranty. How could it not be a manufacturing defect, I asked. Are these designed to break after a certain period of time ? No, she answered. It's just not a manufacturing defect, so no warranty. Thanks for calling. So, again, it's a great little buggy, but be prepared to replace parts as you go along.

Easy to Store, Charge and Use
The MGI design is better than any I have used in the past. The battery was easy to add and remove and the folding of the unit was simple and smooth. We have many steep hills and the MGI navigated them well. I stay close to the cart on the hills and use the non remote method and it is more manageable than others I have owned prior. I fully recommend the MGI ZIP Navigator for walking golfers!

MAJOR DESIGN FLAW
This product is well designed but fails miserably on perhaps the most important consideration - fit of a golf bag on the trolley! The upper arms are narrow and do not accommodate a golf bag that has stand arms. The narrow arms prevent the bag from being mounted with the stand facing in to the back of the trolley (see pictures). As a result my rounds are distracted by constantly repositioning the bag as it gets jostled on the course. It’s incredible that MGI engineers did not design the upper arms in a way where they could be widened to accommodate popular bags (note I have several popular golf bags and none fit). The only way to get the bag to fit on the trolley is to have the golf bag stand side face out (see other pic) which then makes it difficult to access golf bag pockets. Thus is a significant design flaw for what is otherwise a well designed trolley. One other point. The trolley design could also be improved by adding a nylon bag for cell phones, range finders, etc just like the manual push cart Nitro from Bag Boy. Thus is a simple improvement that MGI engineers also missed. There is a $70 accessory you can buy however it doesn’t approach the desirable design of my manual push cart Nitro.

Love my new MGI Zip Navigator!
I play a lot of golf and always walk. As I have gotten older pushing my cart has become more difficult especially when it is hot. So I splurged on the MGI Navigator. It is easy to fold and attach the battery and pairing the remote was easy. I have only used it for a few rounds but so far I love it. It fits in my trunk along with my clubs and other gear and isn’t to heavy to easily lift out. I recommend this cart.

Great Product - especially for hilly golf courses!
I love this product. It takes a little time to develop the coordination but it really does a great job going up and down hills. The only negative is that I had to watch the video before I could see where the 5th wheel was located and how to attach the water bottle and umbrella holder. Other than that I really enjoy using it.

The handle is so weak and easy to break!
Purchased this golf cart and used for half a year. It is good to use. But the quality of the handle sucks!A few weeks ago, this cart fell sideways in a slope and the handle was broken.Contacted customer support and was told this is not covered with warranty. I purchased the replacement handler at cost of $86.When I replaced the handle, I noticed that the handle is so weak, the plastic is just about 2mm thick. Also they didn't ship with screws, it took me 2 hours to get the broken handle out since 2 of the screws just can't be unscrewed out.The handle on the cart looks strong enough, but the outer part is rubber cover. The inner part is so tiny and thin. I can easily bend and break it with my hands.Be careful to use this cart, make sure that it won't fall.
