Is it a one-piece platform or does it come in two sections?

it's a folding one piece platform with two metal plates to walk on. much like an upside down u shape.

When this is setup as a platform, does it still take 150kg?

I can't offer a clear definitive on this however my partner and I have both stood on the platform at the same time. We weigh 68kgs and 64kg and it took our weight no problem. Very good price of kit.Hope this helps, Shona.

Is the ladder height adjustable e.g. if i only need to use it as a 3m ladder, would that be possible?

The ladder can be used as a step ladder if you don't require max height but does not separate into individual parts. It's quite robust and is great to use as a platform for decorating or exterior cleaning jobs.
