As silly as I felt purchasing this item for a gift, it has been one of the most used items in our house. All family members, adults, kids, and dogs enjoy the Large Human Dog Bed Bean Bag Bed for Humans Giant Beanbag Dog Bed with Blanket for People. The material is SOFT, Durable bottom skid free design, blanket is soft and machine washable. I have not tried to wash the entire cover because it looks like it would be difficult to get the cover back on. Once opened, it would be difficult to store again. Large enough for a 6ft adult and 5 ft child to lay in together. Mattress is supportive and makes movie nights on the floor much more comfortable. Great price for great quality.

Dogs love their new bed! Very soft and spacious and the throw blanket is a nice touch. Highly recommend!

*updated review*Excellent customer service, they reached out to me and helped me replace it. They went above and beyond so giving 5 stars!The bed itself is very comfortable! We got this so we could snuggle our Rottie and he loves the bed too. Unfortunately it is not Rottie proof and he tore a hole in it. I would be willing to buy a replacement cover (because let’s face it, not much IS Rottie proof) but that is not an option anywhere. I thought, maybe I can patch the hole to try to get some more use out of it. But then I took it apart to wash and mend the cover and there is black fuzz EVERYWHERE now. The inside of the cover is riddled with the fuzz, so when I unzipped and removed the cover, it went all over the carpets. I washed it anyways hoping it would rid it of the fuzz but now it’s all in my washer and dryer. Prior to this I’d give it 5 stars, for the softness and comfort. But for the lack of replacement options (I have only had it about 2 months) and the difficulty with washing it I unfortunately have to give it 1 star.

The category BeanBag doesn’t do it any justice, because this Day-Bed has a solid, sturdy, and superior sleeping mattress that rivals and surpasses many futons.We have machine washed and dried the cover and it keeps excellent shape. It is easy to unzip and reupholster. The cover is perfectly plush, soft, and inviting and the blanket is the same lovely texture.We were impressed with the innovative compact packaging in which it arrived. It was a magical experience to see such beautiful, large Day-Bed gracefully unfold in front of our eyes from such efficient packageWe hope that the Sellers may offer accessories such as extra covers in different colors, for options of variety; or additional blankets to pass out to our guest for the perfect movie night experience?

I’ve been searching for the right dog bed for my two older pitbull terriers for a long time. Both have arthritis and other ailments. One has alopecia (hair loss) and gets cold easily. He was an uncomfortable sleeper and I was literally getting up 3-4 times a night to re-cover him up with blankets until I finally found this bed. What a difference! Here’s what I’d so great about it: the base is a thick enough foam that it acts like a mattress, so nice for achey joints unlike regular dog beds, and the bolsters on the side are tall, soft and cushy so the dogs can burrow next to them and maintain heat. Lastly, it’s big enough for both dogs to share which they like. Both dogs are sleeping quietly (except for a little snoring) through the night and so am I. I’m so grateful for whoever designed and produced this bed. It has changed our lives.

My best advice is to give this bed about four days to fully expand into it's shape. I thought two days was enough, and at first I was a little disappointed with it as the bolster around the bed was flimsy and not filling out the material well. It was still comfortable enough to lay my head on, but it could have been better. And, fortunately it is better now that we are four days into owning it. The foam has finally fully expanded, and the bolster is firm, as is the bottom foam layer.I have a stage five clinger dog, Hank, who is 80+ lbs, and just a big boy. I am 5'7.5" and he comes up to my shoulders if he is on his hind legs. I bought the bed to have a comfy spot where I could snuggle him, and let me lay on me like he is a lap dog. While the pictures show a family of four sitting in this bed, that's a stretch. I'm not a fan of fake advertising like that, so I did mark them down a star. I suppose if everyone in that family is extremely petite then it would work. But, I am an average sized woman with a pretty large dog, and it's a tight fit for the two of us to lay in the bed at the same time. However, it's a great fit for my dog when he is in it on his own. It's big enough for him to really stretch out and get comfy. The other reason I marked it down is because of the length they advertise. If this bed is 6' long then my Dr. has been lying to me all these years. I don't fit in the bed if I stretch out. I have to lay my head on the bolster, and my feet hang over the side. I don't have to curl up too much though to make it so my feet are all the way in the bed, which is nice. So, it's still comfortable for someone my height.The material is extremely soft, and feels good against your skin. Between the soft, fuzzy material of the bed and the foam it does keep you extremely hot. The blanket they send with this is also very, very warm. So, this bed will be perfect for when it cools down. It's snugly, comfy, and cozy. I fell asleep in it this afternoon for a while and I didn't feel sore when I climbed out of it. I do think the foam may be a tad too thin on the bottom to make it super comfortable on hard floors. I have LVP floors, but in my living room, where I put the bed, I have a fairly thick pad with an area rug over it. With those two things it kept everything comfortable and didn't make me achy.Since Hanky prefers to use it on his own (I have just been testing it out before relinquishing it fully to him), I plan on getting a second one so I can hang out on the floor next to him and we can both be comfy. I also think this bed would be good for people who get overwhelmed or have anxiety.
