Q: Assembling model brt3858 and some bolts are not long enough to install arc washer, spring washer, and cap nuts. did anyone else have this problem?

It was difficult, but I did get them together. Some of the nuts and washers, I found, I had to loosen up the first ones that were already installed, in order to get them all to line up correctly. needed a little bit of movement to install them, then tighten them, once in the proper place. I did make the mistake of mixing up the proper bolts at one point. It took sometime to get it together. I think I gave up the first night and went back to it the next day to finish up.

Q: Can I use the arms and pedals while I am seated?

Yes you may. As I am recovering from foot surgery I can not stand for that long on my foot yet and I sit at the front edge of the seat and still use the arm and legs together. I really like this machine because of this.

Q: I am 6'3. Will this be a good machine for me? Is the seat adjustable?

6'3" should not be a problem. But, please note the machine has a user weight limit of 250 lbs. The seat is adjustable in two ways, front/back and up/down, to fit various users.
