Great product. I packed these along with small water bottles for my students participating in a demanding dance competition! They reported that they felt the electrolytes really helped get through their rehearsals. Very convenient to use!

It has been recommended highly by a friend who is a nurse. She uses it. We enjoy it do to is not sweet. It does well with my husband who has IBS. My granddaughter who is at very young adult who has IBS also uses.

I just cannot drink plain water, I try and try and it doesn’t happen. So began my quest for an Electrolyte drink. I have tried all kinds, so many kinds I can’t remember which ones I liked and which ones I didn’t. Except Primal, there aren’t flavors to choose from like the other brands but this one is by far one of the best tasting, in my opinion. Price is good, dissolves easily and quickly. the amount you get in one packet, blends well in a 16 oz bottle of water, I just take one big sip, than add the primal to the water bottle, otherwise I feel it tastes a little watered down. I’ve tried other brands and always come back to primal.

My first purchase of this product as I've always used Trace in the past. Since my sodium levels have been low, thought I'd give this a try since this product has much more sodium than Trace. I didn't give 5 stars due to how salty this tasted for me, even though I added alot of extra water. If you love heavy salt taste, this is definitely one to try.

I am very happy with primal harvest hydration and have one a day! One small improvement could be to make the packet easier to open! I have to use scissors!

Taste was horrific. Reminded both my husband and I of colonoscopy prep. Too much. I gave the package to my friend who recommended the product. She said it had no taste. All I can say, it's not for either of us. That said, taste is personal to each person.

I've tried more electrolyte powders in the past 4 years than I can count (including multiple free samples) and primal harvest is the one I have stuck with for over a year. Avid pickleball player who puts in 20+ hours a week outdoors in all conditions. This product must have the correct mixture for me because Even with lots of sweating for hours on end I still do not get hamstring cramps afterwards which have previously been part of my life. To the many people that commented about the taste negatively, here's what I do With this product and every powdered electrolyte I have ever used, I NEVER use the full amount with anything below 32 ounces ALL electrolyte powders at their recommended mixture with 8 to 16 oz It is way too intense and strong for me. Also I drink a lot of water so why mix it with such a little amount Whether it be winter or summer I mix two packets in my half gallon under armor jug. The dilution rate tastes great and I'm constantly getting electrolytes. When it's really hot I finished the 1/2 gallon, I carry extra packets and just feel again with water There are hundreds of options for people just wanting to stay hydrated with certain diets or health issues but being an athlete this is definitely the best one I have tried
