Solidly built and stable
I bought this primarily as an integrated case and stand, rather than forthe keyboard. I'm very pleased in that respect-- it's compact, stable and solidly built. The magnet holds the iPad securely, and it has sufficient weight to rest either on a table or your lap. It folds open and closed remarkably smoothly without the iPad falling off.The keyboard is fine. It's responsive enough and the Bluetooth connects quickly and easily. It's slightly smaller than a normal keyboard, although presumably that's specific to the 10.9" version and not something you can complain about given the laws of physics. It does mean I will probably continue to use my external keyboard to do serious typing, but clearly having a slightly-too-small keyboard is infinitely better than having none. Trackpad works fine after setting up "Tap To Click" in the settings as per the manual (otherwise you need to literally click down with massive pressure) but I can't find the option it describes for abnormal touch and so it does accidentally click.I can't compare it to the Apple version and it would be pointless to, as there's no serious prospect of shelling out £320 for one. I think what I paid for this (admittedly £25 off) very reasonable, compared to even the non-keyboard cases I'd have considered.

Worth buying
Does what it says on the tin. Worth the money and much less expensive than the Apple Original

Problem with coating coming off is this normal ?
I purchase this keyboard only around 3 months ago and already the soft touch coating around the keyboard is starting to come off and making it very unsightly, is this normal and has anyone else had the same problem. It as only had typical use and not been ill-treated or knocked around.I would be interested in other users comments.Otherwise the keyboard is great. If it is just my keyboard should I get in touch with the manufacturer ?

Why pay more?
This keyboard and track pad works a treat. It’s no heavier that the apple Magic Keyboard. The Bluetooth connection is almost instant. The trackpad is fantastic. The apple one is over £300 ! This is the way to go if you want a keyboard and mouse for your ipad
