I can’t say enough good things about this watch. It gives our family freedom and allows us to know what my mom needs are. Their customer service is the best. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has an elderly family member wanting to keep their independence. This company went the extra mile to make sure my family was satisfied with the product.

This seemed like a good option, but it was difficult to set up, the instructions were vague. I called Customer Service for assistance and left on hold for an excessive period, so I hung up. The third of calling with waiting I called Tech Support and discovered that telephone number was a “ non working” number. So I returned the device.

Got this for my husband who has hydrocephalus and is prone to falls. Set up was easy and pricing was reasonable. The monthly fee is well worth my peace of mind.We selected this SOS wrist unit because it auto dials and auto answers if the emergency button is pushed. We also like the GPS tracking feature. We do not need a gio fence at this time, but if we ever do, it is nice to know we have the capability.My husband pushed the number 2 button by mistake on the 2nd day he wore the unit. It almost instantaneously called my niece. She checked to make sure he had not fallen and did not need medical assistance. Then she called me to say how great it worked.I would definitely purchase from this store if we ever needed another unit. I am very satisfied with this unit and the services it provides.

The ease of installation was a breeze. We had it set up in no time. Once connected, we checked the call and the sos features and it works great.

I was not able to set this product up the person on the phone was hard to understand and I'm very unhelpful the plan seemed expensive as well so there it sits in a drawer

I liked that the device contacts several family members. I dislike that the calling feature runs the entire time of the voicemail space. It's options to end the call sooner all require a keypad function which the device does not have. However, it's a great help for my family member.
