Graphics Driver Arrived Broken (Did Get A Full Refund Though)
The computer itself was great (like it ran fine), except for the graphics driver being broken on arrival. As shown in the picture, the computer was not secure in its secondary box (its initial box, the small one, was compact just like I would expect, good on Computer Upgrade King). For some reason, amazon put the computer in another box, but didn't secure it, causing the Graphics Driver to be broken on arrival (I did try and fix it using everything possible, but even CUK's customer server (which is amazing btw) agreed that it was busted, and recommended I send it back in.tl;dr , computer was great, and the seller is amazing, Amazon just sucked at packaging mine in particular

Used device sold as new
When the device was delivered, the seal on the original box had already been destroyed and you could see that all the components had already been unpacked. In addition, the original box was also packaged unprotected.
