Will this fit a vonhaus 220w oscillating multi tool?

Would this fit a Bosch multi tool? And can it cut through a 2cm thick terrazzo tile?

Not cut through something that thick of that material but if you take your time and let the tool more the work, i.e. not force it, then I don't see why not, you may have to cut from both sides as the bleed isn't 2cm deep

Will these remove dried tile adhesive?

I purchased a diamond tipped attachment and used it to remove grout from between tiles with no problem.

Does this fit the silverline multi tool?.....

I can't say for certain because I'm not familiar with the Silverline tool but it is a fairlt standard multi-tool fitting
