My cat has early stage kidney disease, and is on a prescription veterinary diet. He isn't always that enthused to eat his food, and I was looking for a way to get him excited about his food and to get more moisture in his diet. These broths are exactly what I was looking for! A rich, flavorful broth with large chunks of fish and meat, and some varieties even have whole anchovies! He LOVES them! I bought these to give my cat some more moisture in his diet after a surgery and while taking pain meds. He enjoys eating these as a standalone, I haven't tried as a meal complement yet. My other cat pushed him out of the way and began eating his, so now I give it to the both of them!

Kind of pricey

Sometimes my cat needs more incentive to eat. He is on chemo and some days are tough to get him to eat. I open a bag and he devours it. Once he eats this bag he is willing to eat his regular fancy feast cans. Bonus! He gets hydration too. Awesome. Great product to add on to his daily nutrition.
