Seems like a quality product
Edit: I LOVE these! They have held up perfectly and they continue to wipe down and look like new! After over two years I am thrilled! Came back to rate as a 5 Star product, and I never do that! I used this product for my kitchen backsplash. The tile seems like a durable product. Definitely hard to cut as the other reviews said. I finally had to use my jigsaw to finish the project. It also was very sticky and almost impossible to adjust once the tile was placed. I am hopeful that means that this will stay in place on the wall for many years to come. I did end up with a few cracks/spaces between some of the tiles. I was able to use the arctic white silicone caulk from HomeDepot to fill them in, and it looks amazing! Overall, I am thrilled. And the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I simply am not sure how well it is going to last. But like I said, I am hopeful.

Perfect DIY Upgrade — Realistic Look and Easy Install (with a Cutting Tip)
I used these tiles to line the back of a custom bathroom niche (see photo), and they turned out better than I expected. I wanted something that would add a nice design detail without getting into a full tile job with mortar and grout, and this worked out perfectly. The look is what really stands out. The herringbone pattern with the marble finish gives it a clean, high-end feel, and the texture makes it look much more realistic than typical peel-and-stick tiles. It doesn’t come across as flat or cheap—it actually adds some depth to the space. Installation overall is very DIY-friendly. The peel-and-stick backing is strong, and once you get your first piece lined up, the rest go in pretty smoothly. That said, one thing to be aware of is cutting—the PVC material is thicker than I expected, so it can be a little tough to cut cleanly. I’d definitely recommend using a very sharp utility knife, scoring it carefully, and then snapping it over a straight edge. That worked much better than trying to cut all the way through in one pass. I’ve had it installed for a while now in a bathroom setting, and it’s holding up well. No peeling or discoloration, and it’s easy to wipe clean. Just make sure your surface is clean and smooth before installing so the adhesive bonds properly. 👍 Pros: Realistic texture and clean marble look Easy peel-and-stick installation (no grout or mess) Great for custom spaces like niches Holds up well in moisture-prone areas Strong adhesive once installed 👎 Cons: Thicker PVC makes cutting a bit more difficult (requires scoring/snapping) Need to plan layout carefully with herringbone pattern 🎯 Final Verdict: This is a great option if you want the look of tile without the full install process. It worked perfectly for my niche and adds a really nice finished touch. Just take your time with cuts and layout, and you’ll get a great result.

Peel, Stick and Wow!
If you’re looking for an easy way to upgrade your space, I highly recommend these peel and stick tiles. The quality is impressive—they’re nice and thick, and they adhere firmly to any surface, so be sure you’re happy with the placement before you stick them down! Installation is quick and hassle-free, making it a simple solution for refreshing the room. Best of all, thanks to their high-quality design, you’d never guess these are peel and stick tiles once they’re installed. They look just like the real thing!

major sticky white/gray marble herringbone
Looks as though pieces were selected at random in box. Once adhered they look like a bunch of gray blotches against a white background. There is not enough separation between tiles to notice any herringbone style. Sheets with grouted tiles would look more realistic, these don't. I chose these for 1. super stick, and 2. a no-shine surface. My project is an ugly fireplace surround that I am recovering. Not simple since it is an irregular size so lots of cuts and piecing. Therefore buy extra for the job. If you make a mistake in sticking in place, be sure you have a scraper and goo-gone! Some pieces have shown the black foam in the folds even when adhered correctly. Use caulking to fill if necessary. Not even sure why pieces fold or have little holes? Lastly, very difficult to cut, I need to replace blades in my cutter after several uses. They do not snap apart easily unless you cut all the way through the foam. Does not come with any directions or a flat edge to press on. Would not recommend but am stuck in finishing what I started!

Gorgeous tile!
This peel and stick tile checks all of the boxes. I used it around my fireplace to cover some outdated marble. Once this was affixed there was no turning back. It will not peel off. I used a heat gun and a razor and still struggled to get off a mistake I made. And on that note, I had the heat gun on full power (temp and speed) and there was zero damage to the tile, so it will withstand heat! The tiles were easy to pop on. Since there are many pieces per sheet it’s easy to make sure the excess is used. Minor issues with alignment but nothing that would stop me from using this again. Might just toss a little white chalk in if it really bothers me. Color is gorgeous in person! My fireplace looks like it belongs in 2025 now, not 1994! Great transformation.

Beautiful and fancy! Excellent adhesive!
It’s gorgeous but extremely difficult to apply for inexperienced folks haha Make sure you have a good cutting knife to do corners. The adhesive is extremely good, so good that if you make a mistake it will be really hard to re-apply. Use a hairdryer to loose the adhesive with ease. I made several mistakes but in the end I really like it and definitely recommend! I need more of these but they were out of stock!

Terrible on your walls
This is heavy and good quality. The problem is it is so thick and hard to cut. We used a razor, utility knife and utility scissors. It was hard to cut so impossible to get a straight line cut off. We used caulking around after to try to cover up uneven edges. When you’re trying to line it up to put on when the backing is off, it is very sticky and adheres immediately. We had to take a few pieces off and it ripped several layers of wall underneath. It does a lot of damage.

High quality, nice product
I love that these aren't just stickers - they are thick and good quality. The adhesive is very strong, so be patient and take your time lining things up because once they're on the wall, they're staying there. Even though it says you don't need grout, I recommend grouting to get a final, polished look. Love them!
