Chair arrived four months ago. Was looking for something more comfortable as I've developed back problems with the previous chair. Problems only got worse. Hardly any support. Cushion flat within a month. Scared to even lean back slightly. Bought a Titan EVO 2022. Night and day change for support and relief. Avoid this chair at all costs.UPDATE: Seller reached out to me saying they would provide a full refund due to this review, then said I would need to update this review to a higher star count to get the refund.

LOVE this chair! It's less than se of the other office chairs that I saw on Amazon, and those were the fake leather ones (which I don't like and always find it looks cheap and tacky, and rips easily too)... this is se plush soft material; it actually matches perfectly with a recliner and a futon sofa that I have. Assembly took about 10 minutes to put together, comes with everything you need. My tween daughter wants it for herself now, even though it's in my room.

I was looking for a high back chair that had support and could lean back during meetings to reduce the weight on my neck from gravity. I bought this chair for this reason. I love this chair but my ONLY issue with it is that it’s not ergonomic for the lower back. Your hips will be lower than your feet, I think they may just need more padding in that area. Other than that this is a great chair with all the features I could ever want. For my fix I’ll just put a lumbar pillow on it, but that’s a small price to pay. Make sure you assemble it in the right direction if the rocking/leaning isn’t working! I had to disassemble it again because I didn’t realize that!

I purchased this chair March 28, 2021 - it's a nice looking chair. Somehow I missed the part that said for taller and larger bodies. This is very heavy chair and hard for me to manipulate around. It just doesn't want to move and when it does it's fast. I have a hard pvc nonbreakable carpet chair mat and it slides around too easily on that but it get sometimes won't move. This would be comfortable for a big and tall man or woman. It does not say anywhere how the actual "chair" weighs, but it heavy.

The instructions are easy to follow. It was quick and easy to put together, about 20 minutes. I have vinyl wood floors and the chair rolls easily. It has firm support, in the seat and the back. The arm rests move out of the way. The chair turns 360 degrees easily.They did away with the lever on the left to lock the tilt. There was a little note attached stating there was a little change in the model. Make sure you lock the rocking because my son is a big man and when he sat down, the chair leaned back with him in it and he had to grab hold of the table because he felt like it was going bottom over top backwards. That’s definitely not safe. He can’t sit at my desk in this chair without checking that the tilt mechanism is locked.I found the lever that raises and lowers the chair will prevent any tilting or will free it to rock.Now I’m little (short) so when I sit down, I’m not putting any weight against the top part of the high back. So I sit at my desk in a nicely padded chair, no tilting. When I’m idle, such as, waiting for the picture I’m scanning to appear on the computer screen, I rock in the chair, perfect for me!Also, the fabric looks like it got some water damage. There are some darker areas that look like the rain got to it before it got wrapped. The pictures other people show didn’t have darker grey streaks across it. It really doesn’t look that bad, it adds character, so I’m keeping it.
