These probiotic gummies are a really helpful addition to my daily routine. The fact that they’re sugar-free and vegan is awesome, and the taste is pleasantly mild, not overly sweet. I bought these with the hope that my son would take them willingly. His first reaction was "I hate those gummies!" I also need you to know that my 17 yo son has autism and does NOT swallow pills. He also does not like dairy products unless it's cheese on pizza or eggs in cake. I will take them and try another brand because I do not like to waste money and realize the need to get probiotics into my son. The taste and consistency is quite different from your traditional gummy. The taste is okay and the gummy quickly breaks down when you start to chew it. Again, it is an aquired taste.

AMAZING! Quick story: Before I bought these I bought a a different brand that was more harsh, too discrete about ingredients and made me feel “queezy” and nauseous! When I was at work I had to drop everything in the middle of a convo and run to the bathroom. Now that I think about it, it’s hilarious but at the time it wasn’t and very embarrassing. Absolutely disgusting. Had to immediately brush my teeth and rinse with mouthwash to get the taste out. Don't recommend (unless you like the taste of dirty socks)
