With it, the manufacturer could design a roll that will accommodate all emergency essentials, but keep the roll small and easily mounted. After adding a suspension seatpost to my bike, along with a saddle mount for my radar/taillight, I could no longer use a traditional seat bag. With this KOM roll, I was able to fit a big tube (for a 38 mm), a CO2 cartridge, a multitool, tire spoons, and a few miscellaneous items, then roll the thing up and mount it on my rear rack using the ATOP system. It comes off easily, so when I need the rear rack, I just throw the tool roll into a pannier or the trunk. This thing isn't a game-changer, but it shows a nice little innovation on a traditional product.

The concept is great and the part that you store everything is great quality and fits everything you need. However the BOA on it is terrible quality. Within 2 rides it ripped off after going over what I'd consider an extermely mild bump. If the BOA was better this would be so perfect.
