I purchased this unit and it worked well for a few months. Then on one day I attempt to ride the unit and it would not accelerate. After playing with breaks, display, and settings the bike started to go but only 17 mph which was slower than it did before I used the unlock speed with the left break.I contacted Freego customer support, explained the issue to them, and they responded promptly but offered only to replace the left break component. This back and forth went on for weeks and I was not able to ride the bike for about 3 to 4 weeks.... So with that being said; you decide if this is a EBike that you'd want to purchase. Oh and I still can't ride the bike.I'm hoping that my issue can be resolved soon or I will ask that the entire unit be replaced or that I'm given a refund.

I'm 6'2" and was leery about getting this bike. It is beyond my expectations for sure! SUPER powerful and a comfortable ride. Not one negative thing to say about this purchase.
