Delicious, expensive import
If you want to make real Thai food, you need this. Don't even entertain using the brands marketed for Indian food, because the flavor profiles are completely different. You'll constantly be wondering why the food doesn't taste right. This is delicious. Full bodied flavor, and perfect in so many recipes and dipping sauces. The only problem is it's expensive. Probably 2-3 times what it should cost. But.... You need it.
