You may need to buy an EXTRA capacitor to get this to work properly with a LED lamp!
I bought this timer switch to control an outdoor LED floodlight. However, when it 'timed out' the LEDs were still left glowing faintly.Googling this problem revealed that it is quite common and can be overcome by wiring a capacitor across the Live & Neutral terminals of the LED lamp.Search for one under 'Power Factor Correction Capacitor'.

Doesn't work with LED lights
If you use it with LED bulb, they flash twice a second when they should be off. Had to return it.

Does the job fine, but supplied item did not look like the image advertised
Works fine and easy to install. But note: the item supplied had an oval shaped button, not a roundone as shown the photograph. Couldn't be bothered to return it.

Did exactly what it said in the description, works perfectly to stop kids leaving the light on ha ha.

Works perfectly for my hall light and very easy to install
Bought this switch to replace a similar one that had jammed on. Arrived next day, very easy to install and adjust duration of being on. Can't fault so far.
