Perfect fit, comes well packaged. Corner protectors did their job. Wrapped all in plastic, they were clean, and perfect. I really liked the textured panels.. gave depth and less sterile looking. Went up easy enough, nice that they flexed a bit to be able to place in some tight spots. I would give 6 stars if I could!

I ordered a box of 10 acoustic tiles and unfortunately 4 of them were damaged in transit. I emailed the company with photos and they were very helpful and receptive to it. They sent me another box of 10 and I was able to continue replacing the old dusty tiles I had. These are very easy to cut and don’t fall apart easily like the old ones. I’ll definitely be ordering more!

I appreciate the color of the ceilings. The durability is commendable given the price point.Please be aware that your cognitive biases might influence you to purchase additional units, as the black and white color combination may appear unusual to the eye. This could lead me to consider purchasing more as well. The product is lightweight, allowing for easy installation by any individual.Personally, I utilize duct tape to connect two units together in order to cover a longer ceiling span. I wish they offered a Duo pack, as I only require two more units to complete the installation.

The first set i ordered worked great, looked great, were clean, and cut easily. The other 3 sets I ordered did not show up after I sat at home and waited on them. They were out for delivery and then I got a message saying ups can't deliver at the end of the day. My drop ceiling was supposed to be completed this weekend.Update: The tiles showed up today 4 days late from UPS. Some of them were damaged from transport, but I was still able to use them.

Very happy with this tile. It was easy to install, super light and water proof. They look fantastic too. Purchased them for my basement. Just recently bought a house on Cape Cod and the basement came with old smelly warped ceiling tiles. Did a ton of research - started off with one box to see if i liked it. We did and we replaced all the old tiles with these. Very Happy.

Bought these for my boutique and I’m so disappointed. Half arrived broken and we had to cut them off. They don’t sit flat on the ceiling and look bent. We just had the drop ceiling professionally installed so it’s all even. Looking at different options but these were so expensive I won’t be able to afford something in a while.
