+ Lux Unfiltered - N°36 On Holiday Self Tanning Mousse - Blood Orange

Okay, honestly the best self tanner I’ve ever used and smells INCREDIBLE and super luxurious. I waited a long time to buy it because of the price but I never should have waited. Don’t wait. Buy this. It’s amazing by! And the color is perfect. As a pale girlie, sometimes self tanners can make me a nice shade of orange. But this one doesn’t. It just looks like a beautiful natural tan.

I truly hate this stuff. The first time I bought it, it was amazing. The tan looked real… however, the next 3 times I bought it, it was a huge fail. Total waste of $50 (x3 = $150). It won’t come out as foam, just a soppy liquid. You can shake it as many times as you can but it’ll still come out the wrong way.

This self tanner deserves all the awards. Literally. I’ve used every tanner out there and they were all streaky and orange on my olive skin tone. This is the only one for olive tone girlies!!! I’m so obsessed with it. Perfect application everyone. Thanks Silva!!!!

At first, I received a broken bottle that had completely leaked, but I returned it and the replacement arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I’ve now used it, and I’m genuinely amazed! The tan it gives is natural, even, and absolutely beautiful. What impressed me the most is that it doesn’t transfer onto sheets or clothes at all. It stays in place, doesn’t come off, and looks flawless. I’ve tried so many self-tanners before, but this one is honestly next level. I’m very happy and definitely recommend it!

I was so excited for this item to come same day - was promised between 2-6pm. Later in the day i got a message stating this item would be delivered the next day by 10pm. Product ended up being delivered the day it was originally promised. I was so excited because I read all the great reviews about this self tanner! Come to find out the product was damaged and leaked in the box. There is still product in the bottle but I feel it was carelessly delivered. I wish people were more careful with people’s packages that they use their hard earned money for - especially when the item is super expensive! I did end up being able to use the self tanner on myself after cleaning up the bottle (not to mention trying to clean up my hands with the liquid that spilled into the box and got onto my hand when I took the box out of the packaging 😡) I really do like this self tanner because I feel like it gives more of a “tan” look rather than an orangey tone that other self tanners give. It doesn’t have a bad smell like others do too. Other than the package being CARELESSLY delivered, trying to clean up the mess on my hands and sink, I’d say this product definitely does the job right.

What's absolutely perfect about this mousse foam is that you see where you've applied, where you need more and where you don’t! The color, to me, is perfect! It isn't orange and it's a good amount of color on the 1st application. After applying the desired amount/color, you must shower off to prevent any transfer. I gave it roughly 4-6 hours to set. It looked kinda too dark and I was a little nervous but I showered and it toned down a bit and look really good. I was surprised. I've tried serums and colorless foams but this supercede everything I've tried. I'm hooked!

I’ve used this product 4 times now and each time I’m left feeling unimpressed. For the price, it should be a wonderful tan, but I will stick to my tried and true St. Tropez. It smells like tangerine when you initially put it on eliminating that ‘self tan’ smell, but after it’s pungent. No longer does it smell like tangerines, instead a strong ‘hot dog water’ smell, that’s last the entirety of the tan. It doesn’t spread easily, and gives more of an orange tan. I have loved the Lux unfiltered lotion, but was really unhappy with this product and it’s way to expensive for the quality. Save your money and go get St Tropez or Bondi Sands!!

I hate to leave a bad review of this brand because I have used and loved their tanning lotion for a year now, but this foam is an absolute disaster and waste of money. It is literally green. And I thoroughly shook the bottle multiple times while using to ensure it was well mixed. I thought maybe it would develop into a normal color, but it did not. It may be hard to tell from the lighting in the photo of my arm, but my entire body is a sickly olive color after several hours. Maybe it's because I have golden instead of olive undertones, but this is an awful product. It is also messy and gets everywhere.

I'm an expert at fake tan an this has to be on of the most horrible products I have tried. doesnt stay on, it does get your clothes dirty. there is no smell to it. it looks orange. If I had to try another product from this line would try the tanning drops.

This is horrible, the product doesn’t come out properly. It’s super liquidity even after I have shaken it multiple times. And as I shake it leaks all inside the lid. Would not purchase. Going back to my tried and true bondi sands.

Lovely packaging. Not a fan of the smell or orange undertones. Will likely not purchase again.
