Charges devices very fast and the quality of the cord is great and last me and my kids a long time. Saves so much money than buying from the Apple Store and this product outgoes apple.

This has been a great product. I bought this for my 2nd gen iPad Pro 12.9. The original 12W charger from Apple takes almost 11hrs to charge. What's worst, with the original charger, if my son is playing his game while it's plugged in, the charger CAN'T KEEP up and the battery drains to 0. I wanted a 20W or more PD charger. Looking around and researching on Amazon, it looked like a 6ft usbC to lightning cable and 20W PD charger together costs around $15 - $25.I got 3 sets for the same price!Pros:1. 3 chargers and 3 6 ft cables for about same price as 1 set or 2 10ft cables.2. the cables are thicker than the original Apple cables3. takes about 3 hrs to fully charge the iPad versus almost 11 hrs on the 12W charger4. charger bricks small and compact (slightly smaller than the 12W Apple charger)5. bricks come in 3 colors (actually more useful than I realized at purchase)Cons:1. Non really, except the charger bricks heats up a bit. I measured it and it was at 112 degree F after 20 minutes charging. It wasn't too hot to touch so I'm no longer concern about it burning up now.I've used all three chargers everyday for about 2 weeks so far and no issues. The longer cables are also very nice. Will update review if durability issues come into play later.So far, I highly recommend these and would buy again.

I recently purchased a set of iPhone chargers that included three USB C lightning cables and three blocks. Two of the cables and all three blocks worked flawlessly, which was great. However, I encountered a problem with the third cable, as it turned out to be defective and couldn't charge my phone.I reached out to the customer service team to seek assistance, and they were prompt in their response. However, I was informed that in order to receive a refund or replacement for the faulty cable, I would need to return all three sets from the original purchase. This posed a challenge for me since I had already given one complete set, including a block and cable, to my nephew and another to my brother, both of whom are currently not living with me.My disappointment stemmed from the fact that I've been a loyal Prime member for over two years, and I was hoping for a more flexible solution. Ideally, I was looking to have just the defective USB C cable replaced, which seemed like a straightforward request. Regrettably, I was told that this wasn't possible within their policy.What's even more concerning is that these chargers are not OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products. When comparing them to an authentic Apple charger, there's a noticeable difference. In the case of the OEM charger, the cable fits snugly into the block, leaving no gap. However, with these three blocks, there is a small gap when inserting the cable, which exposes the metal part of the USB C cable. This gap is significant enough that it could potentially allow a penny or dime to slip in, causing a short circuit. This is a safety hazard, especially if your phone is charging, as it could potentially damage the device.In conclusion, while the majority of the chargers in this set worked perfectly, the experience was marred by the defective cable and the inconvenience of having to return all items for a refund. Moreover, the safety concern regarding the gap in the charger design is something that should be seriously considered before purchasing these chargers.
