Was great for the first month it worked. Now it just randomly shuts off or the screen dies requiring it to be unplugged at the battery to reset. dont bother with this trash

I have this wired into and mounted on my 2023 Kawasaki ZH2 SE. I tried it with both CarPlay and Android Auto but I primarily have used it with CarPlay. It connects quickly every time and is bright enough even in direct sunlight and with a tinted visor. It has a screw pin to screw it into its cradle which I am not using. It also has a snap fit to stay in its cradle which is sufficient even at speeds above 150mph (I personally tested this on a track, sustained speeds above 150mph and the snap fit held it in place perfectly).

Product is intuitive to use but never lasts more than a few rides before it starts rebooting, crashing and screen goes black. Customer support sent me 3 replacements and every single one of them failed in a short while. Per their instructions I downloaded a firmware update and updated every single one of them with no luck. Unfortunately I can recommend this product to anyone unless you are looking to throw away money.

Using with iPhone (wifi and bluetooth connections), Sena helmet (2nd bluetooth connection).it works with carPlay: maps, music, messages, phone, Siri. Recommend you 'forget' helmet bluetooth on phone, then phone-carplay reconnect automatically each time both turned on. Phone can stay safely tucked away.Handlebar mount is solid (Ram type).Display can be removed from mount easily when needed but the locking system would deter a casual thief.USB powered, so no wiring to add.Touchscreen works with gloves - they also work with iPhone direct. Android not tried.
