Biocalcium Toothpaste, 100 ml

Doesn't taste like egg at all! Good toothpaste, although expensive. Used for 6 days, definite reduced sensitivity and 'pangs' of pain in teeth. Mouth feels fresher during the day, less smelly breath Yes, it feels abrasive but no more abrasive than Oral B's 'pro expert' range. White spots (weakened enamel) seem smaller however it is too early to say this definitely (using a multi-pronged approach of this toothpaste, k2/d3 cod and butter oil, sugar reduced diet (1 teaspoon in morning coffee), and raw milk.

This is an amazing product. I think with using it on a regular basis, about 2-3 times a week will certainly keep the plaque at bay and build up the enamel for sure. I've used it once, I was shocked how good it dissolves plaque. I put it on without a toothbrush, and rubbed it around my teeth, I spat out the excess. But after that I noticed an hour later my teeth felt clean, just like I'd brushed them, the plaque had all come off and they looked like I'd bleached them. So yes it works for me. I got it because my Hygienist recommended I look at this kind of toothpaste, I'm losing and breaking teeth faster than the Dentist can fix them. But with this toothpaste, its worth spending a little more, because it will save you £££'s not going to the Dentist!

It never occurred to me that toothpaste may contain meat or fish, I’m still reading thrombosis the discovery that ALL Parmesan cheese isn’t vegetarian, and most vitamins, some sugar and LOADS of sweets contain dead animals. No way did I think to check toothpaste (only been one for about 16 months) and I didn’t realise it contains fish oil so I cannot use it as I’m a vegetarian. I gave it my sister who I a Diet Coke addict and she said just two uses brightened up her teeth noticeably. She said it isn’t minty, but it’s not at all unpleasant in taste (and she is a big baby who feels sick at the drop of a hat, so it must taste ok). I cannot come t on its ability to heal cavities, but if I remember I will ask her in a few weeks.

Wonderful product and I should know, I've been trying to find a really good whitening toothpaste for over 30 years. I did find an amazing one in New York once in the 1980's which really whitened my teeth but they took it off the market as it was deemed as having too much bleach in it. Splat is the only toothpaste since then that I can see a remarkable difference in the whiteness of my teeth right from the get go. It isn't too expensive either - I've paid twice this much for average whitening. This works.

I dont know why by my teeth have become noticeably more yellow after using this for a couple of weeks. Not sure I will carry on but teeth do feel a bit stronger and less sensitive.

I brought this because I have developed an allergic reaction to fluoride. I came across this and WOW! I am glad I have. I have the mouthwash to match and it makes my mouth feel so clean and that's with one use. Would recommend. Taste/after taste is nice.

This is my second product from Splat , we had a fantastic ice cream flavoured toothpaste for the kids before. The package arrived quickly, the tube looks very good but best of all I really like the toothpaste. It has a very subtle flavour which I like. I have a sensitive tooth and after using it for a month I really felt the difference- it didn’t bother me any more. It also has whitening effect which I can’t comment on as my teeth are already whitened

I definitely feel a difference in my teeth. I chose this product because it contained Hydroxyapatite which I had been learning about. It's used in bone repair to help the bone naturally grow back which is why I wanted to use this for my teeth after recently having to undergo a filling. Apart from the difference strength wise I have had three people in the last two days asking if I whiten my teeth which I don't. This product has obviously made a difference to the colour as well! Just a side note, I've been using it for three months daily and the toothpaste lasts a good while (usually around a month or so). It is definitely worth paying a bit extra money.
