Am I able to sleep with this on?

No, please do not sleep with our heating pads even if you have set the auto-off timer. Compared with those body warmers, our heating pads feature higher temperature. Sleeping with it may increase the risk of being burned.

No, it's corded sinus mask only powered by DC 12V adapter, can not be portable with power bank.

Yes, and it's safe to apply moist heat due to its DC 12V adapter. You can use a wet sponge or a spray bottle to apply a fine mist to the inner side of the heating pad. The heating pad is machine-washable, so it's easy to keep the device clean.
