I am a 26 yr old female, 5'8 140 lbs. Recently started a new fitness journey and wanted a little extra help growing muscle and mass. So, along with a few other things (like creatine supplements etc..) I purchased Jackedfactory's Growth Surge Post workout serum, this drink is the perfect after workout recovery drink for me, I bought the Swoleberry one, it is a great flavor. Since I do P90x drinking this on the rocks (especially after Plyometics) gives me a nice, much needed, beneficial anf ice cold drink to cool down with, it gets me feeling re-energized! Now, I don't know if it is all in my head, but I feel like my muscle soreness lasts fewer days as well, since I started drinking this. Jackedfactory also offered a freebie on the inside of the purchased container which was a cool surprise😀 Cons: 1.) It doesn't mix ultra well with water and settles in the bottom of the cup. 2.) The scoop handle is a little too long to close the lid, when the jar is full . Other than that, I will purchase again. And try the other flavors.

I've ordered this a few times now and I can see the results when I use this vs when before. It tastes really good and I don't get the jitters. The size is great. I have a sensitive stomach and was a little worried about using, but after a few months of using and no upset stomach reactions, I'm committed to using it. Great value for the money.

Stuff works great and tastes good

This stuff works, period. The price is a bit higher than what you find with other post workouts but the positive reviews for Growth Surge will back up the results. I workout 7 days a week, 5 in the gym and two cardio days. I stumbled across Growth Surge a few years back and it's been my staple post workout ever since. Just some of the benefits I've found: -The creatine formula Jacked Factory uses in Growth Surge is quality. I have adverse reactions to low-grade creatine formulas, never have had issues with Growth Surge. -Little to no muscle fatigue and zero lactic acid build up. I take this stuff before dirt bike riding and get zero arm pump, which is common with riding, especially track days. -Better stamina and more drive while hitting weights. -Working out at 5am, I find I'm much less bogged down through the workday. -Swoleberry is the jam. Best flavor hands down. Try this stuff, you won't be let down.

First off, I’ve used this product a few times and I’m definitely not as sore as I usually am. It seems like it has a mix of great ingredients as well. However, I thought it’d be smart to order this unflavored - that way I could just mix it with my whey protein. Horrible mistake that was. The unflavored version is very sour and it made my protein unbearable to drink. I will definitely not order the unflavored again and will most likely opt for a flavor next time if I do purchase again. Just sucks because I wanted to mix this with my protein so I’m not having to consume multiple drinks.

Another great product from Jacked Factory! I have loved this company since I first tried Nitro Surge months ago and each product I've had the opportunity to test after has left me more than pleased! I've been taking Growth Surge after every workout for just over a week and I already notice a significant improvement in my recovery and the overall way that my body feels the day of, and after, working out. The biggest difference is how fast my back and shoulders feel (which usually bother me and feel extra sore due to prior massive injuries/surgeries) after hitting a heavy upper body day or finishing my lift with heavy farmer carries! I can feel the product working and the "swoleberry" flavor is phenomenal, reminding me of blueberry saltwater taffy! I have no complaints about Growth Surge and I'm excited to see how the rest of the tub makes me feel! Jacked Factory for life!

This...this doesn't taste good, at all. It was the reason why I had to return both this and the pre-workout that I bought (the pre-workout is way better). It really has the taste and texture of cough medicine combined really annoying aftertaste of Diet coke (where your mouth ends up dry for hours afterwards). Not sure if it's just this flavour, but this flavour really left a bad taste in my mouth, literally. When you open the container each time, you're hit with a giant blast of dust/powder that immediately makes you cough. I still suck it up and down it after each workout like I'm taking liquid Buckley's. Does it work? The "muscle tearing/fatigue" effects, the next day, are significantly reduced. I barely feel it, whereas before this product, I would feel the effects of muscle tearing. So I would say this product works well, in that regard.

I love the swoleberry flavour and it genuinely works. I was worried about it being a bit of a placebo effect but not the case. I worked out a week with and without this and I could tell my muscles were more sore without. Don't get me wrong it's not a miracle worker, I was still sore after some more intense workouts but I'd recommend this. The only little gripe I have is it's called a post workout but it tells you to take it a few hours before hand. I've taken in both before or after and couldn't tell if either way was better but none the less it does certainly help.

The product tastes pretty good for workout supplement, and is easy to drink. It doesn't leave residue behind. The flavor is pretty strong though, just a heads up. It is more expensive than 100% creatine, but does offer additional nutritional support. Like any other supplement, it will take time to evaluate the full impact but overall I'm satisfied and would recommend.

Noticeable results fairly quickly.
