War!!! What is it good for?
Great comic. I love this volume. Great artwork, great story. Yes it is 5 issues instead of 6 like the others but it is super action packed. This is definitely a case of quality over quantity. The set up from the last issue is unleashed in this volume. This a volume definitely live up to it's title War in ever way.The first born has set his sights on the last born. Wonder Woman has been holding back on embracing her heritage, but now when faced with a being of total hate and destruction. Orion has a bigger part in this issue, we see some of his "Darkside". However this is Wonder Woman's comic and she takes centre stage and is not above putting the smackdown on everyone too keep them in their place. Also everyone is worried about where War's head is at, what is his end game, and how does this effect the other Olympians, and what does destiny have in store for Wonder Woman?

Gets better and better
Love Azzarello ever since he did 100 Bullets. This series is easily one of the best in the New 52 collection. It continues to reinvent Wonder Woman's history while bringing in a host of exciting fantastical, yet believable, characters. The volume is fairly self-contained despite being part of a much wider arc.Cliff Chiang's art work is second to none at DC right now. While the rest od DC are presenting us with beautiful realistic artwork, it is all a bit generic, on the other hand this is a true breath of fresh air.I have almost fully converted to digital comics, this series makes me want to own the hard copies again.

Wonder woman continues to impress.
After reading volume 4 I can confirm that wonder woman's story keeps getting better. The character known as first born is a very impressive villain. Who needs cheetah or circe who are villain's from previous wonder woman comics when you have the first born. He is the complete opposite to Diana in every way and, a very powerful and, dangerous opponent. The storytelling goes up another few notches and, the artwork continues to impress. I'm looking forward to reading volume 5.
