We actually purchased another clock from this company (another style and size). We liked it so much, we bought this one when we needed another clock. It's very pretty and works well. When it arrived, it wasn't working, though. I wrote to the seller and they sent out two new mechanisms (with new clock hands also). The clock looks really nice but the device that makes the clock work, doesn’t work. The company offers free lifetime replacement of the device that makes the clock tick, but none of them work. I had 2 replacements come from this company but neither worked very long. I tried to work with the company, but the clock never worked. I requested a refund and they said that I was outside of the very short return period. I was outside of that period because I had to wait for 2 different devices to come in the mail, and then replace them myself!
