Molde profesional, reparte el calor de forma homogenea
Tengo otros moldes de esta marca, de diferentes tamaños y formas. Totalmente recomendables a pesar de quizás ser un poco más caros que la media, pero os aseguro que la larga merece la pena. En un bizcocho es muy importante la uniformidad del calor atraves del molde y estos lo consiguen evitando las crestas o las depresiones en los bizcochos (obviamente hay que saber tambien controlar la temperatura del horno ;) )No le puedo poner ninguna pega. Lo recomiendo antes que cualquier otra marca.

20" Square aluminium baking tin
it seems to fulfill the job for which is was bought. Is sturdy and relatively non-stick. I've only used it once up to now but I am satisfied with it.
