In terms of everything this promises, I can’t fault it. Leakproof, dishwasher safe and keeps drinks hot/cold as described.However, the push button you press to be able to drink needs a relatively strong grip to hold. The guide that comes with the flask does say that due to pressure build up from hot drinks the button may stick but once you’ve released the pressure it frees up. This is true, but as I have an issue in my hands that means my grip isn’t amazing - I have to use two hands to push the button even after the pressure has been released - and my hands shake as I grip, it’s harder to use the flask than is ideal.Honestly as a product this is a high quality item and delivers on its promises 100%, unfortunately for me, my hands mean it isn’t quite the travel companion I wanted it to.

Sleek and slimline non leak cup. Excellent. Sadly the base plate dropped out and despite much effort, cannot be popped back in place rendering the cup useless as this helps to keep it stable, non slip and insulated to the extent it would otherwise be.

Great to start with but cup got hot on outside and the sip part hissed! Reported to OCC and they have said they would replace it!

Really pleased with my purchase. I work in a school so safety is a must and this cup is perfect. It keeps my drinks hot till lunch and I'm not worried about it getting spilled as it has a very secure lid and the liquid will only come out when you press the button on the side,which needs quite a bit of pressure to do this .They may seem more expensive than some other brands advertised but as I have bought some of those in the past, I can assure you these are by far superior quality.

This is a lovely flask. The one issue I have is that now it has been in dishwasher the outside of the flask seems a lot hotter when holding`? This was not tthe case when it was new. Thinking of returnin, or is this just ne?

Brilliant. Keeps my drink warm for approx 3 hours.Does not link. Unfortunately it does not fit in my cup holder. It ends up rolling around my footwell but nothing leaks. Am very impressedTip - after filling it, open the spout to let the steam out.

I bought this as a surprise present for my son who casually mentioned that it would be lovely to have a cup of coffee after his walk with the dog! His smile when we next met said it all. "Mum the best mug ever" - my daughter in law now has one too!

Great product! Keeps your drink piping hot for ages. If you want to drink it sooner rather than later, I'd recommend leaving the top off for about ten minutes after filling so it doesn't scald. Easy to use and easy to clean too.
