Can this be used on a janome sewing machine?

I believe it can be used on any machine. I have used it on my machine, though instinctively I don't sew at full speed with it, just have the thought it may break.

Is it for hand stitching it can it be used I a sewing machine?

I do use it in my machine but only as top thread never use it as bobbin thread as if it gets caught in your mechanism it'll clog everything up

1. Can it be ironed? With up to how many degrees can it be washed?

I ironed it on my bias binding but my iron has a automatic temperature for material so the answer is yes but would do it on a low/medium heat
