Can anyone help? This Companion 50 Active kit appears to be the same as the Companion 50 multimedia kit that Amazon has advertised for Â£289.04.

Can this be used with a smart tv. If so how would you link it up

I don't think so, unless your smart TV has a 3.5mm audio output, which is unlikely as nowadays it's very rare to see such an interface on a smart TV. For most TVs, the audio signal is carried and output thru HDMI or optical cable, or even wirelessly (Bluetooth/WiFi). Sound quality wise, it's brilliant but still I wouldn't pick this one, just because it's designed for desktop use thus it doesn't have enough power to act as a TV speaker. Listen and compare it to some modern sound bars and you'll notice the difference.

Dose this speaker come up with a 3.5 mm cable or i have to buy it separately? what does usb mean? does this could connect to computer with a usb ?

The Bose Companion 50 does come with a 3.5mm cable, but you can also connect the speakers to your computer through USB should you want to
